If
we act on your behalf for a purchase our charges will be 1% of the total
purchase price plus VAT. Preparation of
documents, searches and to arrange and attend the completion included.
This does not include the usual taxes and disbursements for which you must
allow approx. 10% of the purchase price. In the case of a mortgage being
applicable then you should allow a further 1.5% approximately.
In the event that you
require a mortgage then we can arrange this for you also as official
agents for the leading bank of Andalucia - Banco
de Andalucia, Unicaja and other leading banks.
Interlink
make no charge for arranging a mortgage through the bank.
We will be including
properties in this page as and when we receive them.
We also carry out the
legal transfer of business leases etc., and ensure that all legal
requirements are met and ensure your peace of mind in your new venture.
